【摘要】:1.1Thegeneralterm"DrillRig"coversseveraldifferingtypesofmachinesforuseintheconstructionindustry,waterwelldrillingindustry,miningandquarrying,foruseabovegroundaswellasundergroundandfortunnelconstruction.Thedifferingtasksdeterminethechoiceofdrillingmethodandtypeofmachine.Forthisreasontherearemanypossiblewaystoseparatedrillrigsintodifferentgroups,e.g.inaccordancewith:?Thetask;?Thedrillingmethodused;?Thecuttingremovalmethod;?Thetypeofconstructionwork.Themethodsusedfordrillingcanbebasicallydifferentiatedinpercussiveandrotarydrillingprinciples.Percussivedrillingisamethodbywhichtheholeisproducedbycrushingthegroundorrockatthebottomofthedrill-holebystrikingitwiththedrillingtoolandremovingthecuttingsoutofthebore-hole.Rotarydrillingisamethodinwhichthedrillingtoolatthebottomoftheboreholeisrotatedandatthesametime,afeedforceisappliedbyafeedsystemordrillcollar.Thegroundorrockatthebottomoftheboreholeiscrushedorcutbypressure,shearortensilestressproducedbythedifferentdrillingtools.Thecuttingsareperiodicallyorcontinuouslyremovedoutoftheborehole.Rotarypercussivedrillingisperformedbyapistonstrikingdirectlyonthebit(downtheholehammerdrills)orbypercussiveenergytransmittedviaadrillstringtothebit.Thepistonispoweredbyeitherhydraulicfluidorcompressedair.Atthesametimethedrillbitisrotatedeithercontinuouslyorintermittently.Thecuttingsarecontinuouslyremovedoutoftheboreholebyaflushingmedium,airorfluidwhichiscarriedtothedrillingtool.Typicalexamplesofdrillrigscoveredbythisstandardare:?Cabletooldrillrig;?Piledrillrigs;?Piletopdrillrig;?Raiseborer;?Reversecirculationdrillrig;?Rotaryandpercussivedrillrigforundergrounddrilling;?Rotaryandpercussivedrillrigforsurfacedrilling;?Rotarydrillrigwithpowerswivel;?Rotaryspindlerig;?Rotarydrillrigforundergrounduse.Acasingoradrillingfluidmaybeusedtostabilizetheborehole.Drillrigsarestationaryduringdrilling.Theymaymovefromoneplaceofworktoanother,undertheirownpower.Selfpropelleddrillrigsmayincludethosemountedonlorries,wheeledchassis,tractors,crawlers,skidbases(pulledbywinch).Whendrillrigsaremountedonlorries,tractorsandtrailers,orarewheeledbased,transportationmaybecarriedoutathigherspeedsandonpublicroads.Whendesigningandconstructingtheseunitsattentionisdrawntoregulationscoveringboththedrillrigandtrafficregulations.Thequestionsofsafetyandergonomiccriteriainthisstandardmainlyrefertotheprincipalwork,e.g.whenthemachineisstationaryanddrilling.Inmanycasesthedriverisalsotheoperatorofthedrillrig.1.2Thisstandarddealswiththesignificanthazardspertinenttomechanizeddrillrigs,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Itspecifiesrequirementsofsafetyconcerningthedesign,construction,operationandmaintenance.Thisstandardappliestodrillrigsforsurfaceandundergrounddrillinginthetunnelling,mining,constructionandwaterwelldrillingindustries.Casingunitsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.Ifthebaseofadrillrigconsistsofanexcavator,crane,etc.itshallbecoveredbyitsownstandardstotheextenttherequirementsofthisstandardarenotapplicable.Fordrillrigstobeusedinanexplosiveatmosphere(coalminingetc.)therelevantstandardsapplyadditionally.Oilandgasindustrydrillrigsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
