【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheproceduresfortestingloadedshippingcontainers.Dropandvibrationtestsareperformedtomeasuretheabilityoftheshippingcontainertoprotecttheproductfromtheshockandvibrationthecontainerreceivesduringnormalhandlingandtransporting.Thisspecificationisnotintendedtosupplantmaterialspecificationsorexistingpreshipmenttestprocedures.Thisspecificationisnotintendedforusewithhazardousmaterials.1.2Theseproceduresaresuitableforalltypesoflaboratoryapparatus,includingreusableanddisposablemacroandmicroproducts.1.3Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section4,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
