【摘要】:Thesolubilityoffixedgasesinliquidsisanimportantengineeringparameterinthedesignofhydraulicsystems.Itisameasureoftheamountofgasthatcanbereleasedfromsolutionwhenasystemundergoeschangesinpressureandtemperature.Theoreticalconsiderationspermitapproximatevaluesofgassolubilitytobecomputedwithreasonableaccuracy.Dissolvedgasesareseparatedandquantifiedchromatographically.Thetestmethodisrestrictedtousewithlow-boilingliquidsamples.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthesolubilitiesofnonreactivegasessuchasnitrogenandheliuminliquidsthatboilbelow273K.Thistestmethodisapplicableattemperaturesfrom77to300Kfromsubambientpressureto6.5MPa(65atm).Thistestmethoddoesnotprovideforanalysisofthevaporphaseinequilibriumwiththeliquid(seeSectionforadescriptionofterms).1.2Thistestmethodaswrittendescribestheprocedurestobefollowedfordeterminationofthesolubilitiesofheliumandnitrogen.Ifsuitablemodificationsaremadetotheanalyticalmeasurementsbygaschromatography,solubilitiesofothergasessuchasargon,hydrogen,oxygen,etc.,canbedetermined.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Incaseswherematerials,products,orequipmentareavailableininch-poundunitsonly,SIunitsareomitted.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see6.1.2and7.1andAnnexA1.
