【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheperformanceofallfixedinstallationselectronicpowerconverters,usingcontrollableand/ornon-controllableelectronicvalves,intendedfortractionpowersupply.Thedevicescanbecontrolledbymeansofcurrent,voltageorlight.Non-bistabledevicesareassumedtobeoperatedintheswitchedmode.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestofixedinstallationsoffollowingelectrictractionsystems:-railways,-guidedmasstransportsystemssuchas:tramways,lightrailsystems,elevatedandundergroundrailways,mountainrailways,trolleybusses.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto-cranes,transportableplatformsandsimilartransportationequipmentonrails,-suspendedcablecars,-funicularrailways.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodioderectifiers,controlledrectifiers,invertersandfrequencyconverters.TheequipmentcoveredinthisEuropeanStandardistheconverteritself.
