【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesameasurementmethodforthedeterminationofparticulatebenzo[a]pyrene(BaP)inambientair,whichcanbeusedintheframeworkoftheCouncilDirective96/62/EC[1]andtheDirective2004/107/EC[2].Thisdocumentspecifiesperformancecharacteristicsandperformancecriteriaforthemeasurementmethodwhenitisusedasareferencemethod.Theperformancecharacteristicsofthemeasurementmethodarebasedonasamplingperiodof24h.ThisdocumentdescribesameasurementmethodwhichcomprisessamplingofBaPaspartofthePM10particles,sampleextractionandanalysisbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withfluorescencedetector(FLD)orbygaschromatographywithmassspectrometricdetection(GC/MS).ThemethodisapplicableforthemeasurementofBaPintheconcentrationrangefromapprox.0,04ng/m3toapproximately20ng/m3.Thelowerlimitoftheapplicablerangedependsonthenoiselevelofthedetectorandthevariabilityofthelaboratoryfilterblank.NOTEIftheBaPconcentrationexceedsthecalibrationrangetheextractcanbediluted.
