【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesthecharacteristicsoffusionfittingsmadefrompolyethylene(PE)aswellasofmechanicalfittingsforpipingsystemsinthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwithParts1,2,4and5ofEN1555,itisapplicabletoPEfittings,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPEandothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar1);b)anoperatingtemperatureof20°Casreferencetemperature.NOTE1Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused;seeEN1555-5.EN1555(allparts)coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableforfittingsofthefollowingtypes:c)electrofusionsocketfittings;d)electrofusionsaddlefittings;e)spigotendfittings(forbuttfusionusingheatedtoolsandelectrofusionsocketfusion);f)mechanicalfittings.Thefittingscane.g.beintheformofcouplers,equalandreducedtees,reducers,bendsorcaps.
