【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoa.c.circuit-breakersdesignedforindoororoutdoorinstallationandforoperationatfrequenciesof50Hzand60Hzonsystemshavingvoltagesabove1000V.Itisonlyapplicabletothree-polecircuit-breakersforuseinthree-phasesystemsandsinglepolecircuit-breakersforuseinsingle-phasesystems.Two-polecircuit-breakersforuseinsingle-phasesystemsandapplicationatfrequencieslowerthan50Hzaresubjecttoagreementbetweenmanufactureranduser.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotheoperatingdevicesofcircuit-breakersandtotheirauxiliaryequipment.However,acircuit-breakerwithaclosingmechanismfordependentmanualoperationisnotcoveredbythisstandard,asaratedshort-circuitmaking-currentcannotbespecified,andsuchdependentmanualoperationmaybeobjectionablebecauseofsafetyconsiderations.Thisstandarddoesnotcovercircuit-breakersintendedforuseonmotivepowerunitsofelectricaltractionequipment;thesearecoveredbyIEC60077[4]1).Generatorcircuit-breakersinstalledbetweengeneratorandstep-uptransformerarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.SwitchingofinductiveloadsiscoveredbyIEC61233.Circuit-breakerswithanintentionalnon-simultaneitybetweenthepoles,withtheexceptionofcircuit-breakersprovidingsingle-poleauto-reclosing,arenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverself-trippingcircuit-breakerswithmechanicaltrippingdevicesordeviceswhichcannotbemadeinoperative.By-passcircuit-breakersinstalledinparallelwithlineseriescapacitorsandtheirprotectiveequipmentarenotwithinthescopeofthisstandard,thesearecoveredbyIEC60143-2[6].
