【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversalloysteelforgingsforcarburizingapplications.1.2Forgingsareconsideredweldableunderproperconditions.Weldingtechniqueisoffundamentalimportanceanditispresupposedthatweldingprocedureandinspectionshallbeinaccordancewithapprovedmethodsfortheclassofmaterialused.1.3Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits.However,unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
