【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwogradesofzirconiummetalcommonlydesignatedasspongeorchunklets,butmayalsotakeotherforms.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludecrystalbarzirconium.Thisspongeisusedinnon-nuclearapplications.1.2Unlessasingleunitisused,forexamplecorrosionmassgaininmg/dm2,thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;thereforeeachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.SIvaluescannotbemixedwithinch-poundvalues.1.3Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportionsofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
