【摘要】:Rockwellhardnesstestingisoneofthemoreimportantmethodsusedtoevaluatecementedcarbides.Forcompositionalgroupsofcementedcarbides,hardnessisanindicationofwearresistanceandtoughness.Lowerhardnessgradesusuallyindicatelesswearresistancebutgreatertoughness.Foraspecificgradeofcementedcarbide,hardnessisanindicationofthemetallurgicalqualityofthematerial.InnocaseisRockwellhardnesstestingtheonlytestmethodtobeconsideredinevaluatingcementedcarbides.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthehardnesstestingofcementedcarbidesbyuseofaRockwellhardnesstesterperformingtestsintheRockwellHRAscale(regularscale,diamondindenter,10kgf(98.07N)preliminarytestforce,and60kgf(588.4N)load)intherangeofRockwell80HRAandabove.Alsocoveredaretheproceduresforthetestingandselectionofdiamondindenters,themanagementandtraceabilityofthefourlevelsofstandardizedtestblocks,andthemakingandcalibrationofPrimary,Secondary,andWorkingstandardizedtestblocks.1.2TheRockwellhardnesstesterisaconvenientandreliablemeansofmeasuringthehardnessofcementedcarbides.Ahardnessvalueisobtainedeasily,butitissubjecttoconsiderableerrorunlesscertainprecautionsareobserved.1.3ThelatestversionofTestMethodsE18shallbefollowedexceptwhereotherwiseindicatedinthistestmethod.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandardexceptthatforceandlengthvaluesassociatedwiththeRockwellhardnesstesterswillcomplywithE18withforcevaluesspecifiedasN(kgf)andindenterlengthvaluesspecifiedasmm.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

本标准规定了测定石油邻二甲苯纯度及其烃类杂质含量的气相色谱法。
本标准适用于石油邻二甲苯中的已知烃类杂质含量及邻二甲苯纯度的测定。杂质的最小测定浓度为0.01%(m/m),邻二甲苯纯度为90%以上，如果有未知杂质存在，则不能测定其绝对纯度。
