【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthemeasurementoftheacidityofaromaticisocyanatesandprepolymersusedaspolyurethanerawmaterials.MethodAisastraightforwardtitrationwithoutablankandisprimarilyapplicabletoproductsderivedfromcrudeormodifiedmethylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanatesandtoluenediisocyanatehavingmoderatetohigh(＞100μg/g)levelsofacidity.MethodBisapplicabletorefined,crudeormodifiedisocyanatesderivedfrommethylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate),polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanateandtoluenediisocyanatehavinglow(＜100μg/g)levelsofacidity,andablankisemployed.Thesemethodscanalsobeusedforisomericmixturesoftoluenediisocyanate,methylene-bis-(4-phenylisocyanate)andpolymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate.Otheraromaticisocyanatesmaybeanalysedbythismethodifprecautionsaretakentoverifysuitability.
